3. How long does an estimate take?
An estimate can take from 5 minutes to an hour depending on how complicated the job is. In most cases the customer doesn't even need to be there.
4. Do I have to be home when the work is being done?
No, WTRS generally doesn't require customers to be present while work is being performed.
5. How long is an estimate/price quote good for?
An estimate is valid for 10 days unless otherwise specified. The work does not have to be done within 10 ten days, but the customer must agree to the estimate price in that time frame.
6. Can I get an estimate over the phone?
No. All jobs must be seen in person before an estimate can be written.
7. Can I sell my logs to a mill?
Yes, WTRS can help you sell the lumber from your job to a commercial mill.
8. Do you fall trees?
Yes, WTRS falls trees all the time. If there is room to fall a tree, falling can be a very inexpensive alternative to technical removal.
9. What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discovercard, American Express, and personal checks.
